Philosopher of science Michael Ruse has died.
An atheist Ruse gave expert testimony supporting Anti creationist and was a critic of the New Atheists in the 2000s.

I read his book 'Can a Darwinian Be a Christian?' years ago. I may re-read it.

I came to realise that every time we recognise something human in creatures, we are also recognising something creaturely in ourselves. That is central to the rejection of human supremacism as the pernicious doctrine it is.
