My niece is in tonight's 'Vanity Fair'!

Only just found out - I'll have to watch on ITV's on-line catch-up service, whatever it's called. She's my sister's daughter, and she's called Laura Soper, and is a recent graduate of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, so watch out for her.

Good news!I watched VF last night & will do so again to have a sight of your niece. How old is she and are you a thespian family?

She's 24. Her parents are opera buffs, active as well as passive, being members of York Opera Group, so I suppose that's sort-of related.
