Agreed. It's all very well for people to say we must all 'respect others' beliefs', but that sort of sickening situation deserves nothing but contempt.

The wickedness is beyond belief! What I think of the vigilantes who caught and reported the two young men is unprintable (and what an awful job for those commanded to beat them). 

Though Islam is the largest religious group in Indonesia there are a few other prominent religions and many different ethnic groups.

That is worse than shocking! ;D There are mostly likely quite a number of extremist Christians, like those who support Trump, who would approve of those beatings!  :o
