Ruth Maxtible! Note the BBC article currently says

'Forsyth, who was born in Edinburgh, began her career in 1971 when she starred in the film The Night Digger, a thriller written by Roald Dahl' which is incorrect. As already mentioned she played Ruth Maxtible on Doctor Who in 1967 amongst other things.
