The man behind all that wonderful Beatles music, and loads more; the soundtrack to the youth of a generation (self included)

Apart from the suggestion that he was the 5th Beatle - something I've never really gone with - this is both sad and positive news.  Positive, in that he lived as long as he did, and was able to influence the long line of musicians and bands that he did: sad because, despite our being aware that death comes to each one of us, an individual life may have had a greater impact than another.
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

My husband said it was sad but I thought it was great that George Martin lived to 90 and achieved so much.  All the things being said about him now are lovely.  RIP George Martin.

Yes, well done that man. He was paramount in helping to bring us the wonderful innocence and simplicity of the Beatles earlier music which I enjoyed so much.

Rest in Peace George, until Yeshua's return.
