Why not three types of bog - male, female and unisex/trans/floating voter? actually, many pubic* places already have the latter in the form of disabled bogs which are also available for the non-disabled.

Proposed many times by women looking to keep same sex spaces, including my wife, who got a death threat for doing so once.

And it's far from just about toilets

I have a friend who is badly traumatised through years of rape and struggles with the presence of men in confined spaces. Should she just 'refrain her trauma' as male then head of Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre suggested?and or course it's not just about toilets.

Some women are comfortable with the risks that go with using men's toilets and many others are not comfortable at all to be exposed to the risk of encountering predatory or loud, aggressive, intimidating, men or boys or their sexual comments.

Given many women/ girls are already exposed to unwanted comments on the street or are felt up in confined spaces, is this person saying women have no right to a safe space simply in order to appease a tiny minority of trans people? Why - because women are invisible or their needs are less important than the needs of men who identify as women?

The men regularly viewing easily accessible on-line porn and passing comments and sexualising women on the streets are the same men using men's toilets. That some of these men may not be interested in a 68 year old woman doesn't make me feel reassured.
