I don't particularly like flying. Something I developed a few years back. I do fly but I'm very nervous and aware that I'm 40,000 feet in the air in what amounts to an aluminium tube with wings.

What's your favourite thing to do when you get the time?

I like to curl up with my Kindle. :)

Do you have a photo blanket? My children gave me one, it features some of my artwork and photos of me as a child.

I would make it compulsory for all cyclists to wear helmets and high-viz  jackets. I think it is very dangerous if they don't do so.

Would you pay someone to wash out your rubbish bin? I have just noticed a van in our road advertising the service, £4 per month. Our bin rarely needs a wash, but if it does I use the hose on it.

I don't think I do.

How long did you date your partner before marrying/living together? Our courtship lasted four years and was mainly conducted by letters and phone calls as he lived in the UK and me in my home island. I was only 15 when we met and he was nearly 18 and just about to go to university.

We haven't been offered it yet. I think there are some delays here in Wales.

Do you suffer from tinnitus? I have had it for about 35 years, some days are worse than others. :o

I wouldn't choose a three course meal, two courses is enough for me. If I was having a treat I would have a Macdonald's burger and fries followed by a scone, spread with strawberry jam and clotted cream.

Do you use a cup and saucer, or a mug when having hot drinks? We only have mugs, posh ones for guests.
