I heard this. The Mexican lady was really irate and she also differentiated herself on the basis that she was born in the US so that made her American. She had an American accent and seemed annoyed by the Indian accents of the ladies she abused and was telling them that Indians were everywhere and they need to go back to India.
I think it's fair enough if people are irritated by some of the behaviour and practices of other cultures - I know I sometimes find some of the cultural practices of Brits somewhat irritating. Apparently people in Europe and also around the world have also expressed similar irritation with some of the behaviour of some Brits. Hence the need for people to try to be tolerant of each other and differentiate between just annoying, irritating or verbally offensive behaviour and actual criminal behaviour, which should not be tolerated.
But in this case the Indian women were just harmlessly standing outside talking to each other as far as I know. Very weird reaction from the Mexican lady, leading to her being arrested for her abuse of them.
