- glad to know it's not just me, as I discovered after a recent visit to the doctor, as a result of which I've resolved to eat less - maybe no - red meat, and especially processed meat (I'll miss sausages), and eat more oily fish, which is apparently good for reducing cholesterol. I already eat wholemeal bread and brown rice, which are also good. I suppose I'll have to give up butter, and go back to marg.
