Ok, so I've just strained the infamous Rhi's spiced Blackberry Brandy, and have a huge bowl full of alcohol soaked fruit that I don't know what to do with. It's held its shaped but is rather bleached. Kids don't like the taste so no point making crumble with it.
Any ideas?

My permanent question: do you have a hygrometer and what's the ABV?
-
I have no idea but if I eat any more I will fall over.

Meets my definition. Will it freeze?
-
I dunno. Can you freeze alcohol?
-
Depends on the alcohol content. Average shop-bought wine of 13% or so, at about -3°C. Spirits, far lower.

I'd say you're on the cusp of invented ice-lollies for adults: I be happy to volunteer for the tasting panel!
-
I think it'd be more of an alcoholic fruit slush...
-
Fruit slush sounds divine! I love anything 'slush'.I would add more fruit so it doesn't taste quite as 'brandyish' - eat and serve. Could put other berries in it. Yum.

Mmm Marge, Blackberry and apple slush and donuts! Is there nothing it can't cure?
-
Hot, fresh doughnuts of course. With cinnamon sugar.
