Hugely disappointing that this seems to be a growing trend.

While I agree, let's hope that further action is taken. I see the Bulgarian Prime Minister has called for the Head of Football Association  to resign.

Clearly after this letter (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50004603) his position is now untenable, but They need to do more than just fire him.
