Title: Glasgow 2nd best city in UK, 61st in world

Now don't get me wrong, I love Glasgow but love allows for complexity, and Glasgow's apparently great year to allow rising up this hugely scientific evaluation is one that my last few dauners around the city have found little evidence of.

Any survey that places London at number one is suspect in my eyes.

It is the best city in the World. Why wouldn't it be at number one?

What is suspect is that Bristol is not even in the top 100, but Birmingham is.
