The one in season 181 is interesting, because it was the same actor as the one in 381.

And played the killer in one, and murder victim in the other. I'm sure they appeared in the one about the murders in the tea shop, that's the tea shop that was themed like a medieval torture chamber, not the tea shop themed like a space ship, not the one about the teashop on top of the Roman ruins, and definitely not the tea shop with the deaf dumb and blind owner.
