Title: Bologna's leaning tower sealed off over fears it could collapse

In my years of visiting Bologna, the Garisenda, other than the very first time, has always been in danger. The last few years it's usually been partly sealed off, so this sounds serious. €3.7M sounds a severe underestimate of any work needed.
