I'm shocked they are shocked. I would have thought that MPs should be warned that this is a possibility.

I find this astonishing.
Is William Wragg stupid? (Obviously a rhetorical question)
The app initially involved, Grindr, is well known for having unscrupulous characters who want to extort money out of people (as I am sure most dating/hook-up apps are). Just about every gay man I know is aware of this and if they use the app take precautions to avoid falling prey to these scams.
That Wragg wasn't sufficiently aware speaks to the stupidity/arrogance at the heart of Westminster.

'Some had been sent naked images and two MPs are reported to have responded by sending images of themselves.' Just idiots

Hunt says it's a lesson for all about 'cyber security'. No, it's a lesson about don't be an idiot.

Wragg resigns his 1922 Committee post, and may resign his Commons Committee post. Should have been advised to do so from the start.

Resigns from Commons Committee, and the party whip.

Hunt's fulsome tribute looks very out of place.

Sunak is so weak the guy has to fire himself.

Sunak is so weak the guy has to fire himself.
Which will mean he's managed to offend everyone.

William Wragg is our local MP. Think he's resigned the Tory whip now. Maybe another Tory seat to be lost in a bit.

Don't think he's standing down as an MP at the moment, though I think he should, so you may have to wait until the GE.
