Title: Pass Budget to thwart Musk, Swinney urges MSPs

While the concentration on the Musk effect in the UK overall has been the 'grooming gangs',  in Scotland it is apparently an argument to pass the budget.

Yes, I have to say that threatening people with a bogeyman so they do what you want is an excellent way to ru a democracy.

Looks like it will pass because Labour in Scotland will abstain because it looks like it will pass anyway but they would vote for it if the SNP included a policy that Labour in the UK opposes in Westminster. Not so much policy as a a bunch of wankery.
