It all looks rather nauseating to my eyes: I suspect that a better use could be found for the quoted 23-46 million pounds.

I think i am getting old. I look st it and find it difficult yo be bothered by the cost. There's obviously going to be one, and it should at least be substantial enough to be recognised.
The design seems a bit naff, a bit Brigadoon, for a woman who seemed more substantial than a glass bridge.
