ETA a friend has just sent me the link to the Fedora Man sorry saying that my 15 year old French love child has been outed. I have been known to wear a similar ensemble.

Mind you, if he wants to win the approval of 'The Chap' magazine, he'll have to undo his waistcoat bottom button, and straighten out the wrinkles in it.
