For many, just the title will immediately bring to mind the Morecambe and Wise sketch with Andre Previn which you can watch here

It's also a phrase that I have found myself using many times over the years at work. Originally when I used it, everyone was familiar with it. At the time it must have been one of the most famous pieces of TV comedy. Over the years as people were not born when it was shown, or came from cultures that Morecambe and Wise were not the icons they were hete, I'd say it and then have to provide an explanation of why half the meeting was laughing and the other half baffled.
I remember watching it at the time. I was 7 and I didn't really know who Mr Preview was, and to be honest didn't get quote a lot of the humour. Had it not been the type of thing that was selected for repeats, I doubt it would have lodged in my, and others, consciousness quite as much.
Oddly enough in looking for the clip, I discovered that it is a rehash of an earlier sketch, discussed here which whenever they got Previn as a guest star they, and Eddie Braben, thought to reuse and update

I find it odd that the phrase has been quote so reusable in so many contexts for me over the years.
