Title: Police and Crime Commissioners to be abolished?

It's a possibility being considered, according to HIGNFY, on tne ground that they're a waste of money. Quite right too - I'vw nwvwe voted for a PCC, because I don't think they should exist, their creation being just a Tory gimmick.
