Current.audio books for getting to sleep are the Cavendish and Walker series by Sally Rigby

This one, 'They Walk Among Us', is quite good (it's available on Pocket Casts - a free podcast player) - it's a UK True Crime podcasts with multiple episodes (there is also a US version).
I'm enjoying it - the narrator usual ends with 'so where are we now' before summarising what happened to those involved in each episode (those that survived that is).
