The radical 'Sea of Faith' theologian who proposed "non-realist" Christianity, and religion in general, which says that God and the supernatural do not objectively exist, but that humans have a religious need and capacity, so let's practise religion without worrying about whether it's true - a position foreshadowed by Paul Tillich and JAT Robinson, amongst others. I'm a timid non-realst these days.

Never quote got Cupitt or his invitation to “Solar living”. Today I find when I google that I just get websites on solar power and heating.

It would be an opportunity for you to discuss Christian atheism on this forum perhaps.

Tried that, some years ago.. All I got was laboured sarcasm from the usual suspects. Still, I might try again.
