* Fellow Scots of a certain vintage may recall a similar claim of a wee while back.

Depends where he wants to stick his wind turbines (I'm tempted to tell him): there's probably a lot of wind on top of a mountain, but he'd better not start bunging the things all over the Lake District, Snowdonia, or the Highlands.
