Given inflation, and the fact that five years isn't very long, I don't think it's particularly worrying.

Given inflation, and the fact that five years isn't very long, I don't think it's particularly worrying.
Except it's after raising taxes to try and deal with the gap, and that seems to have affected employment stats.
