I've seen the former, but not the latter, though I've read plenty of reviews of both!!  A sad loss.
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Given he was 90, and no longer writing, I don't see it as sad. Rather an excuse to celebrate his work. I hadn't realised they were reviving Amateurs which I saw scarily over 35 years ago. Might be worth seeing if I can get ticket.
