When Nigel Tapley-Williams, the performance artist from Tredegar, finally admits that he has been playing Noel Edmonds as a lifetime artwork, it will be a great day.

I haven't yet, the worst parts of me are having a bet with the less bad parts that we will have to watch it to applaud the out Partidgeing of Partridge.


Saw the review because 'Noel Edmonds' was trending on Twitter. One of the tweets was 'Here's the new Twitter game. Dead or Paedo - no peeking'
