This forum needs a few games, so here's one for starters. I may add more, depending on how popular this proves.
Dead simple - give the title and author(s) of a book which has some connection with the previous book. If the connection is obscure, please explain. Another book by the same author does not count as a link unless there's another link as well. Example of how it might proceed below.
