Biting the hand that feeds you.

This is bizarre.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-45915017

Julian Assange, bail jumper is suing the country that has been protecting him from Swedish and British justice.

Narcissistic, psychopathic little shit.
I came to realise that every time we recognise something human in creatures, we are also recognising something creaturely in ourselves. That is central to the rejection of human supremacism as the pernicious doctrine it is.

Assange must have lost his marbles, I hope they boot him out of the Embassy.

So do I because it is still costing us some money to make sure he doesn't sneak out and try to evade justice.

Also, I think the best explanation of his behaviour is that he believes himself to be guilty of the rape charges from Sweden.

It is laughable and would be thrown out of court if it ever got that far.

I thought the rape charge had been dropped.

The European Arrest Warrant was withdrawn because Sweden saw no prospect of getting Assange back to Sweden. If he ever leaves the Ecuador Embassy, they can still apply for another one.

As someone pointed out in the 'Grauniad', there's a certain irony in the fact that he's avoiding extradition to a country with one of the best human rights records in the world by hiding out in the embassy of a country with a poor human rights record.
