Wonderful - I'd love to visit some of them. Sad that Arthur's Cafe closed last year. We've got some good independent cafes in Hemel Hempstead, including my local one, which won a well-deserved national award recently.
I came to realise that every time we recognise something human in creatures, we are also recognising something creaturely in ourselves. That is central to the rejection of human supremacism as the pernicious doctrine it is.
