Western Australia and Assisted Dying

Western Ausralia has voted to legalise voluntary assisted dying, being the second state(after Victoria) to do so.

For me this is a victory for compassion.
Sometimes I wish my first word was 'quote,' so that on my death bed, my last words could be 'end quote.'

I agree with you. It would be good if the UK brought in similar legislation, with appropriate safeguards.
