Dominic Cummings

In the light of the latest scandal involving DC managing to avoid paying back thousands of back-dated council tax, has anyone here got any suggestions as to why he has such an influence on the present government - and not least the Prime Minister. Is it because he is regarded as a superhuman genius, without whose guidance the government would be lost, and is therefore immune to the laws that control lesser mortals? Or is it simply that Boris knows that Dom has some juicy information on himself and other ministers and fears blackmail?

I think they see him as the man that managed to sway the vote in the brexit ref. and a master at getting things done.

Master of lies really.
