The Buncefield explosion and fire was 15 years ago yesterday, less than a mile from my house. Fortunately, no-one was killed, because it happened a few minutes after 6 am on a Sunday, when the oil depot was almost deserted.

Heard it on the South coast. My mother in laws flower pots moved. She lived near St Albans.
