Just posted this too (deleted it now). Sad.

Wasn't ever the biggest fan of the Stones but they've kind of always been there. And one or two of their songs are favourites, "Angie" to name one.

'Paint it Black' for me, followed by 'Dandelion' and 'Under my Thumb'.

I know they can’t live forever, but somehow I sort of thought they would. All three of them.

I love pretty much everything they did late sixties, early seventies, too many brilliant songs to mention. I saw them twice but the first time (Voodoo Lounge, mid 90s) was the best. Sat on the pitch at Don Valley Stadium for about 6 hours to be close to the stage. They were FABULOUS ❤️
