 Let's hope that negotiations continue so, beyond N Z-R and tank money, they are not only about finding a source for non-Russian oil, but something that can progress Iranian nuclear deal, lifting of sanctions and bringing a halt to wars in Syria and Yemen.

The title is wrong. It no longer needs a question mark and should now say "has come home".

Jolly good show.
