Proclaimers removed from King's coronation playlist

The first report I saw said they had refused use of the song to which my thought was 'Good'. That it has been remover because they are republicans feels a bit odd as if the govt doesn't want dissent - but then its actions in general indicate that. I would be surprised if Charles cares.

Always did like them - do so even more now.
I came to realise that every time we recognise something human in creatures, we are also recognising something creaturely in ourselves. That is central to the rejection of human supremacism as the pernicious doctrine it is.
