The first two were easy, but I was completely lost with the second two, and had to guess, probably because I'm not American - they would all have been more familiar to Americans.

Moderately difficult. I spotted the themes of two rows, but still managed to get them wrong with my first guesses for each, thanks to ambiguous words. I should have spotted the theme of the purple row, although I'd never heard of one of them.
