Ingahild Grathmer, the original illustrator of 'The Lord of the Rings', is to retire from her other job as Queen Margarethe II of Denmark. Quite right too - our royals should retire at a sensible age, and abdicate in favour of the next in line. Charles could carry on for a few years, then hand over to William.
