...when even the 'Mail' and the 'Sun' lambast a tory government for its utter incompetence over the exam results fiasco. The 'Mail' in particular has had a few withering headlines recently: I suspect that they've decided that continuing to back the government would make them look foolish, so they've decided to turn against it.
