What it boils down to for me is that she appears to be a thoroughly likeable person who turns out decent pop music.
She hasn't got the greatest voice, but she puts on one hell of a show and works hard and does not take her fans for granted.
Unlike another diva who also doesn't have the greatest voice in pop music.
