For goodness sake, this is about tariffs that make Scotch Whisky more difficult to sell in the USA.

If someone in the USA wants to drink too much they'll do that anyway, they have access to their own drinks.

Though why anyone finds Jack Daniels at all palatable is beyond me.

Those drinking too much single malt are a rich breed.

And of course it also misses out that this applies to cheese, cashmere and some machinery. But that's probably bad news for people who are cheese gluttons
