The War Against Aesthetics in Contemporary Art
« on: March 27, 2023, 09:10:33 AM »
I expected to hate this, particularly after its use of the term sublime which has always felt to me to mean 'how much better my taste is than yours' but it skewers one of my bugbears that of explaining art, and the language used by it. Everytime an artist explains their work, they kill it.
