The campers broke lockdown restrictions. As far as we know, they were fully equipped for camping. One of them suffered chest pains, which could happen any time any where. They got fined £200 for breaking lockdown (but they were in the wilds of Cumbria, a long wat from anyone else, so not in the same league as going to an illegal rave). What happened was a tragic accident. If it had happened two years ago, before Covid-19 and lockdown, they would presumably not have been fined at all. Let's consider the reported facts, instead of coming over all censorious.
